How to Transform Your Body

  • Cardio, Strength, and Nutrition are all critical to looking and feeling your best.   • Cardio comes in the form of spin. Stick to 3 spin classes per week and you’ll get all the cardio you need!
  • Strength comes in the form of garage classes (TRX, Circuit Training, HIIT, Shred, Torched, and more!) OR Private/Semi-Private Training. That’s right! Dragonfly is now offering personalized training in the garage with any strength instructor of your choice – Gayle, Michelle, Swazi, or Jen! To transform your body in 8 weeks, commit to either 3 group classes or 2 personal training sessions per week!
  • Nutrition comes in the form of a personalized 8 week diet plan, provided by DFLY’s highly recommended nutrition partner and expert Jeffrey Su of First Call Out Fitness. Jeffrey and DFLY have joined forces specifically for this 8 week period to provide you with exactly what you need to fuel your body for dropping fat and building muscle! Jeffrey has a proven track record with hundreds of clients, including some of DFLY’s very own!

How to Stay Motivated

  • All participants will take before and after pictures at DFLY, only to be seen by the trainers
  • The top 3 with the largest transformation in their body, as per the photos, will receive a FREE 20, 10, and 5 Class Package Respectively!
  • All participants who fulfill the recommendations of 3 spin and 3 garage (or 2 training) per week for all 8 weeks will receive a FREE T-SHIRT!
