Since 2009, Kelly has been an in demand instructor, teaching indoor cycling, barre, TRX and Pilates throughout Southern California. In addition to her fitness certifications, Kelly earned a B.A. in History from the University of Southern California. Group fitness has played a huge role in Kelly’s own battle against pain and fatigue related to a lifelong autoimmune disease, and her experience has significantly influenced her approach to teaching.

What to expect:

Intervals and lots of jogs for endurance. Some tap backs and arm presses, but nothing too wild. Her classes are demanding, but ultimately about respecting the body, not destroying it. Check out her class if you want to train like an athlete and feel like a bad ass.

Her playlists are heavily electronic, but there is something for everyone. Think unexpected remixes of songs you know, and under the radar jams you’re about to fall in love with. She will hit everything from house to dubstep to hipster rock to hip hop to boy bands to Detroit techno. Some mainstays on her play lists are Porter Robinson, Adventure Club, Rihanna, Gesaffelstein, Nero, Dr. Dre, Ellie Goulding, and Kaskade.
