Dragonfly’s house ride filled with hills, sprints, climbs, and intervals, designed to maximize calorie burn, increase heart rate, keep class fun and varied, and take riders on a fluid journey of strength and emotions. The DFLY Ride is challenging yet flexible, and can be modified for any fitness level. Open to everyone! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

45 minute DFLY RIDE + 15 minutes of either abs or arms in the DFLY garage. Same great class plus an extra 15 minutes at no additional charge! 45 minute ride + 15 in garage. Class holds 35.

POP EXPLOSION RIDE

Unleash your inner pop star every Monday night at 6:30pm! Britney, Christina, Carly, Katy, Taylor, and boy bands for days! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

THEME RIDE

Changing theme every Tuesday at 7:45pm, from Hip Hop to Rock to Artist Battles and more! Changes weekly so be sure to check the schedule. 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

HIP HOP/EDM RIDE

All Hip Hop & EDM every Wednesday night at 7:45pm. 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

CANDLELIGHT RIDE

Journey into self-discovery, breath control, and personal exploration. With minimal guidance, a simplistic class format, and a thought-provoking soundtrack, this is the ideal experience to get lost, zone out, and just ride. 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

SHRED

Combination of bootcamp, strength training, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) techniques to shred fat and build lean muscle. High energy, fun atmosphere, dark lighting, loud music! 45 minute class + 5 minute stretch. Class holds 30.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Strengthen your body and improve your ride with an instructor-led circuit training class. Expect light weights and high repetitions to strengthen the body in a way that will directly impact the quality and enjoyment of your ride. Best when taken on cycle-free days. 45 minute class + 5 minute stretch. Class holds 30.

ABS & BOOTY

All abs and booty, all the time! 50 minutes dedicated to tightening up those tummy and perking up the tush! Class holds 16

TRX CIRCUIT

Strengthen your body and improve your ride with instructor-led TRX suspension training and circuit training work. Suitable for all levels. 45 minute class + 5 minute stretch. Class holds 30.

METABOLIC RESISTANCE TRAINING

Combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercise that involves, supersets, circuits, speed, low rest and compound movements, MRT is one of the most intense and effective ways to build muscle, torch fat, and sculpt the body! 45 minute class + 5 minute stretch. Class holds 30

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Designed specifically with spinners in mind, this class is designed to loosen up tight muscles, restore the body, and prepare for the next ride. 50 minute class. Class holds 16.
