DFLY RIDE

Dragonfly’s house ride filled with hills, sprints, climbs, and intervals, designed to maximize calorie burn, increase heart rate, keep class fun and varied, and take riders on a fluid journey of strength and emotions. The DFLY Ride is challenging yet flexible, and can be modified for any fitness level. Open to everyone! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 30.

45 minute DFLY RIDE + 15 minutes of either abs or arms in the DFLY garage. Same great class plus an extra 15 minutes at no additional charge! 45 minute ride + 15 in garage. Class holds 30.

POP EXPLOSION RIDE

Unleash your inner pop star every Monday night at 6:30pm! Britney, Christina, Carly, Katy, Taylor, and boy bands for days! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 30.

ROCK & ROLL RIDE

All rock and roll every Tuesday night at 7:45pm. Theme changes weekly (e.g. Classic Rock, 80’s Rock, Rock Anthems, etc.) so be sure to check the schedule! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 30.

HIP HOP RIDE

All Hip Hop every Wednesday night at 7:45pm. Theme changes weekly (e.g. Jay Z & Beyonce, East vs. West, Old School, Southern Hip Hop, etc.!) so be sure to check the schedule! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 30.

RAVE RIDE

Get lost in the trance-like beats of an all electronic music ride every Thursday night at 7:45pm! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 30.

FLASHBACK FRIDAYS RIDE

Kick off your weekend with some oldies but goodies every Friday morning at 10:30am! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 30.

THEME RIDE

Any music-based theme ride to mix things up and have some fun. Same great HIIT workout, with a fun twist. Theme rides are intermittent, so be sure to check the schedule regularly! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 30.

CANDLELIGHT RIDE

Journey into self-discovery, breath control, and personal exploration. With minimal guidance, a simplistic class format, and a thought-provoking soundtrack, this is the ideal experience to get lost, zone out, and just ride. 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 30.

TRX

Strengthen your body and improve your ride with instructor-led TRX suspension training for cyclists. Suitable for all levels. Best when taken on cycle-free days. 45 minute class + 5 minute stretch. Class holds 12.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Strengthen your body and improve your ride with an instructor-led circuit training class. Expect light weights and high repetitions to strengthen the body in a way that will directly impact the quality and enjoyment of your ride. Best when taken on cycle-free days. 45 minute class + 5 minute stretch. Class holds 13.

ABS & BOOTY

All abs and booty, all the time! 50 minutes dedicated to tightening up those tummy and perking up the tush! Class holds 13

WRECK & RECOVER

25 minutes of non-stop intense HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) followed by 25 minutes of body recovery and rehabilitation through specially designed foam rolling and stretching techniques. Wreck you body with fast moving strength and cardio exercises, and then recover your body, improve posture, prevent injury, correct muscle imbalances, and increase results.
