21/90 Fitness Challenge!

 

What is the 21/90 Rule?

The 21/90 rule states that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change. Is there a new lifestyle change you would like to make? Commit to your goal for 21 days and it will become a habit. Commit to your goal for 90 days and it will become a part of your lifestyle.  Start small, think BIG!

 

Why apply the 21/90 Rule to Fitness?

Fitness is a lifelong journey, not a quick fix.  Stopping and starting SUCKS and makes it a lot harder on your body and your psyche than it needs to be.  Consistency keeps you in check, hijacks that horrible emotional process of “restarting” and almost puts you on auto-pilot to move your body daily

 

How come now?

Yoyoing is a thing year-round, but it’s exacerbated during the holiday season when the average American gains 5-7 lbs.  So rather than falling victim to holiday weight gain and laziness, allow this challenge to help you head into the new year feeling motivated, strong, and healthy.

 

Challenge Details

TIER 1:  Starting Sunday, 12/4, we are challenging you to 21 days of consistent working out. 4 days minimum per/week must be at DFLY; the other 3 can be at home, outdoors, on the road, etc. but must be logged with your coach.  (Exceptions will be made for longer travel and/or illness)   We’re going to keep tabs, we’re going to assign you a coach, and we’re going to hold you accountable.  This takes us right to Christmas day, where you’re allowed one day off if you want (although we do recommend a nice walk or hike in the fresh air)!

* Use whatever package you want to complete Tier 1 (take advantage of the Black Friday deals)!                                         

* $25 swag credit awarded for completing Tier 1.

 

TIER 2:  Jan 2nd we kick off tier 2, an additional 90 days straight of working out!   If you were unavailable to participate in Tier 1, you can still join Tier 2 and if you need to start a little later, we’re offering a 2-week grace period.  During Tier 2, we are challenging you to 90 days of consistent working out.  4 days minimum per/week must be at DFLY; the other 3 can be at home, outdoors, on the road, etc. but must be logged with your coach.  (Exceptions will be made for longer travel and/or illness)

* Requires either Fly 16 or Unlimited Package for 3 months.                                                                                           

* Upon completion of Tier 2, you’ll receive 1 free month of whichever package you had (Fly 16 or Unlimited) for the month of April.                                                                                                                                                                    

* $50 swag credit awarded for completing Tier 2.
