21/90 Fitness Challenge!

Date: January 9th – March 9th

Challenge: Workout every single day for 3 months (4/week at DFLY minimum; other 3 at home, outdoors, etc.). Exceptions made for illness or long-term travel.


1) A sustainable, easy to maintain, approach to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

2) A team and a coach to help hold you accountable and make it fun!
