Jen’s love of fitness began when she started training for sports performance in high school. From there she went on to college where she received her BA in Exercise and Sport Science and her NCCPT Certification.
Jen is wildly passionate about bodybuilding and figure competitions, and has dreams one day of turning pro and stepping onto some of the most prestigious stages in the world. This passion is what motivates and drives her daily to continue learning, studying, and practicing everything she knows about fitness and nutrition.
Jen has been a personal trainer for about 5 years now, and more recently began online coaching to teach more people not only about lifting, but nutrition and fitness as a whole. She has a very calming and peaceful demeanor that makes her clients feel safe and well taken care of. She is excited to be a part of the Dragonfly community and looks forward to changing bodies and lives!
