Dragonfly’s house ride filled with hills, sprints, climbs, and intervals, designed to maximize calorie burn, increase heart rate, keep class fun and varied, and take riders on a fluid journey of strength and emotions. Unleash your inner pop star every Monday night at 6:30pm! Britney, Christina, Carly, Katy, Taylor, and boy bands for days! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

THEME RIDE

Changing theme every Tuesday at 7:45pm, from Hip Hop to Rock to Artist Battles and more! Changes weekly so be sure to check the schedule. 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

BATTLE RIDE

Not 1, but 2 DFLY instructors on the podium battling it out for 45 minutes! They pop-up now and then, and are always a blast! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

BLACK DIAMOND RIDE

Expert ride! Faster jogs, heavier climbs, quicker transitions, and fewer recoveries. Oh boy! 45 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

60 MINUTE RIDE

DFLY Ride + 15 extra minutes of riding! Increase your calorie burn by about 30%, condition your body for a longer ride with more endurance drills. 60 minute ride + 5 minutes of stretch. Class holds 35.

STRENGTH TRAINING

TRX

Strengthen and tone you body with this full body workout using the TRX Straps!
Suitable for all levels, easily modified. 45 minute class + 5 minute stretch. Class holds 12.

SHRED

Combination of bootcamp, strength training, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) techniques to shred fat and build lean muscle. High energy, fun atmosphere, dark lighting, loud music, full body! 45 minute class + 5 minute stretch. Class holds 30.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Strengthen your body and improve your ride with an instructor-led circuit training class. Expect light weights and high repetitions to strengthen the body in a way that will directly impact the quality and enjoyment of your ride. ABS & BOOTY

All abs and booty, all the time! 50 minutes dedicated to tightening up those tummy and perking up the tush! Class holds 16

ABS & ARMS

UPPER BODY SCULPT
