July Fitness & Nutrition Challenge
When: July 1st – July 31st
What: 22 Classes in 31 Days (13 spin + 9 circuit) + nutrition tracking on MyFitnessPal
Why: Head into summer with a stronger and leaner body and a happier heart!
- There is no cost to join! Sign up at the front desk or email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Must complete 5 classes/week for 1st 4 weeks of July (3 spin and 2 circuit), and 2 classes the final 3 days of July (1 spin and 1 circuit). This is a total of 22 classes between July 1 – July 31 (12 spin and 9 circuit)!
- If you are doing personal training at DFLY, 1 training session is equivalent to 1 circuit class
- Get access to the Heart of DFLY group Facebook page for inspiration, motivation, healthy recipes, group outings, etc!
- Sign up for a free account on MyFitnessPal, track your caloric intake daily, add other challenge participants to your feed utilizing the support and camaraderie of the other DFLY participants.
- Participate in group planned activities – hikes, beach days, etc
All who complete the challenge will receive:
- Free Frisbee (get out to the beach and play!) and Free Visor (protect your face)
- A better body and mind heading into summer!
- One FREE item from the summer line!
- Raffle entry for big grand prize offering valued over $200!
