Below are a list of last week’s virtual classes from Sunday – Saturday.  To rent a single archived class, click on the class title and go through the purchase process.  Once purchased, an email will be sent to you with the class password.  You will have 24 hours to view that class!

Thursday, 5/14 Full Body Circuit with Michelle – 50 minute full body circuit class incorporating 3 sets of 10 45 second workouts that increase strength, burn fat, and tone the entire body. If you have weights, use them! If not, we provide alternative household items to use instead!

Thursday, 5/14 80’s Throwback Ride with Jeff – Challenge the mind and body with this super fun 50 minute rhythm ride that incorporates intervals, hills, runs, sprints, and isolations to your favorite throwback hits from the 80’s!

Wednesday, 5/13 – Hip House Ride with Jess – Challenge the mind and body with this super fun 50 minute rhythm ride that incorporates intervals, hills, runs, sprints, and isolations to Hip House Music from the 80’s and 90’s. Jungle Brothers, Technotronic, Kool Moe Dee, Crystal Waters, Basement Jaxx, La Bouche, SNAP!, Black Box and more!
